Hounding Hippie Hollow

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE (8/18/2021) - Texas Puppy Club has been closely watching the current Covid-19 caseloads and hospitalization rates in Travis County. Based on this, we have made the tough decision to cancel Hounding Hippie Hollow.
Time to get your clothes off (puppies don't wear clothes, right?), and your swim on! We're taking a trip down to Lake Travis, and making waves at Hippie Hollow. Please join us in all your puppy glory, and have a fun day at the beach. We want to make the most of the day, so we will get there at about 10am and stay until we've had enough - maybe dusk when the park closes.
Due to Covid-19, Hippie Hollow Park has limited capacity so getting there early is very important. Once the park reaches capacity, they will close the gates for the rest of the day. Hopefully closer to the event date, they will increase capacity.
Please bring your hoods, tails, floaties, life jackets...whatever you need to have a fun day in the sun with a bunch of other pups and handlers! It will definitely be a BYOFood, BYOB day, but please feel free to bring enough to share. We will set up in section S-7 near the second bathroom, and will bring extra sunscreen. Hippie Hollow is a clothing-optional park, but don't feel pressured. Wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Clothed or not, you'll probably want to have something on to protect your feet.
Texas Puppy Club will not be responsible for the safety or actions of anyone at the park, pup or otherwise. Please be respectful of everyone, and be safe. We all want to have a good time, so look out for each other.
