What's Included in Your Ticket?

Every standard registration ticket to Woofstock gives you full access to the weekend.
This includes:

Admission to the TCC landsite for the 4-day weekend
A tent camping spot in the shaded camping area
All community meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast
Full access to all events, classes, and moshes
Exclusive event swag to commemorate the weekend!

Registration Pricing
& Lodging Upgrades

Early Bird Special: Register before June 30th to save $20 off any registration tier! (Limited to the first 60 attendees, so act fast!)

Standard Tent Camping: $120 during early bird (normally $140)
Bunkhouse Twin Bed (Sleeps 1): $150 during early bird (normally $170)
Bunkhouse Queen Bed (Sleeps 1-2)*: $175 during early bird (normally $195)
RV Space*: $175 during early bird (normally $195)

*Important Note on Bunkhouse/RV tickets: Bunkhouse and RV tickets include admission for one person. Additional occupants must purchase a camping ticket.

Discounts & Volunteer Rebates

Woofstock is entirely volunteer-run, and we love when our community pitches in!

Member Discount: Active Texas Puppy Club members receive $10 off their registration. A voucher code will be emailed to you!
Volunteer Rebates: Volunteers are eligible for a $20 rebate (issued after the event) for completing 2 volunteer shifts. You can complete 1-2 additional shifts for an extra $10 each, up to a maximum $40 rebate.

Registration Policies

Age Requirement: Woofstock is strictly an 18+ event.
Photo ID Required: All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches their registration information at check-in.
Attendance Cap: To ensure the camp remains spacious and comfortable for everyone, attendance may be capped. There is no guaranteed on-site registration. Please register online in advance!
Refunds & Transfers: We understand that plans change. You may request a full refund of your ticket up to 30 days prior to the event start date. Any refund requests made within 30 days of the event will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that for security and logistical reasons, Woofstock tickets are strictly non-transferable to other individuals.
Deadline: Online registration closes at 5:00 PM CDT on September 28th.
