We Need Your Help!
Woofstock is a massive undertaking, and it takes the whole pack to make it an amazing weekend! We are entirely community-run, which means we rely on volunteers to help with setup, tear down, and everything in between.
Don't worry—volunteering won't eat up your whole weekend! We aim to keep all volunteer shifts relatively short so you still have plenty of time to play, socialize, and enjoy the weekend.
Sunday Cleanup Push: We especially need extra hands on Sunday morning! Picking up trash, cleaning up the bathrooms and showers, and making sure the landsite is beautiful for the next group is a big job. If we all pitch in, we'll have it knocked out in no time.
Volunteer Rebates
To say thank you for your hard work, volunteers are eligible to receive registration rebates (issued after the event)!

Complete 2 volunteer shifts to earn a $20 rebate.

Complete 1-2 additional shifts to earn an extra $10 each (limit 4 shifts / $40 total rebate).
Note: Texas Puppy Club members are highly encouraged to pitch in!

We have volunteer roles to fit everyone! If you have any health or mobility concerns that might impact your ability to volunteer for certain physical tasks, please reach out. We are happy to work with you to find a role that fits your needs.
